MODERN PALISADS IN LARGE FORMAT

 

Modern concrete palisades cen be use to separate different parts of the garden. They are very useful when there are level differences in the garden. Palisades can be use as the edge of a path, lawn, vegetable garden or flower pot. Their various modules and sizes allow to build large flower pots, often with irregular shapes, along the fence, garage or around the terrace. We have prepared a product strictly dedicated to creating vertical barriers. We took care of the double-sided surface finish, beveled edges and the system for screwing the modules together, which we are most proud of. The designed assembly system reduces the contractor's work to a minimum and shortens the assembly time.

COLOURS

Depending on their height, palisades should be set approximately 10–20 cm below ground level. The palisades should be installed on a level concrete footing reinforced with a Ø12 steel bar.

The palisades should be leveled using wooden wedges and secured with a clamp through two wooden slats. The palisades have special holes designed for connecting the elements together using M10 bolts. Particular attention should be paid to ensuring that the bolts are properly tightened.

After all elements are bolted together, the interior of the formed planter should be filled with a layer of concrete approximately 3–5 cm thick. In the bottom, Ø100 pipes should be installed to serve as drainage openings.

To prevent the soil fill from pushing the planter walls outward, the upper sections should be secured with clamps. The planter should be filled with soil gradually. The bolt locations can be covered with plastic caps or expanding монтаж foam.
